My travel's have led me to either wonderful, bland and/or unusual places, but Korman Communities get the top 5+ star award for being the best at everything, whether it is for apartment living, short term lease or overnight stays, Korman Communities is the best. I'll start with the staff, they were the most professional, attentive and the friendliest that I have ever met and they were available 24/7. Next, the bed, linens and pillows (lots of them) were of highest quality and so very comforting to slip into at the end of a long day. The suites are turnkey, clean and well designed. Moving on to the gym: it was clean and spacious and there were always plenty of towels and equipment for everyone. The décor and placement of the gym as it over looked the pool court yard is visually soothing and actually made working out a pleasure. Let’s not forget about the Starbucks coffee/breakfast snack station that was available all day every day along with plenty of daily newspapers. My favorite part was that I did not have to stop for coffee on my way to work and there were always a nice selection of cookies in the evening. I also loved the underground parking, especially in the winter; I never had to worry about shoveling my car out after a snow storm or scraping ice off the windshield. I can't say enough about this property. It is an experience that everyone should have at least once in their lifetime. The convenience and resort style living at AVE Union really spoiled me. I am telling all my friends and co-workers and YES, I will ALWAYS look for a Korman Community in the area on my next travel assignment whether it is for business or leisure. Thank you for being there!

I was more than happy to find a pristine suite upon my late night arrival. I was even more delighted to slip into the bed. How comfortable. The linens and pillows made me feel so relaxed. The hardest part is actually leaving the bed in the morning. Its perfect for people like me who wake up in different cities everyday and can never get any sleep! I get very excited when I know I get to go to any korman communities location.

I can't say enough about this property. The pool, gym, business center, breakfast in the morning and above all the friendliness of the staff, make this the best experience I have had traveling in my career!

The staff knows you by name and greets you at the door every night - sometimes with your dry cleaning in hand. Korman Communities offers so much, but the team I your building really make it shine, and are always ready to make dinner reservations, recommend shows, and find whatever you need. Better than being home!

I had completely forgotten to get directions to the office for the first day of work. I called the front desk, not only did the front desk attendant find me the directions, she printed them and brought them to my suite for me. This reflects my entire time with Korman, the staff was always so eager to help. Korman Communities is a preferred provider of American Express.

I had a very difficult Monday morning on my first day in a new position. I woke to a flat tire. I went up to the front desk and almost immediately a maintenance man helped me change the tire and followed me to a garage for a new tire. Even though I was late for my first day in a new position, I was very lucky to have that kind of assistance especially in a new area where I knew no one or how to get anywhere. Its little things like that which leave a lasting impression.

It was so nice to not be in a hotel room. Hotel rooms are so cold but my suite was very warm and inviting. It was nice to lay on a couch in another room and relax. Being able to pick up some groceries and make a nice dinner was refreshing! I was amazed with the completeness of the suite. When traveling for long periods of time it is so important to be able to come back at night and relax.

Korman Communities makes travel easy. Offering movie nights and resident socials as well as pilates and yoga classes it helps the single traveler to meet other people. It actually makes going back to the suite at night feel like you are going home.

Trying to stay healthy while traveling can be a major obstacle but waking up every morning and being able to grab a yogurt and juice on my way out the door was great! Starbucks kept me going as well. Such a great concept for those of us always on the run!

In efforts to meet deadlines, they allowed me to hold a group meeting in the on site conference room. They even helped me secure all necessary items and technology for the meeting. They went so far as to order us catered dinner to accompany our meeting. I was thoroughly impressed!

Being on the road for business is made easier with access to such a great fitness center, and having in suite high speed internet made the stay excellent for continuing work as well as communicating with the family while away.

High speed internet in my suite is very important to me. Usually I have to wait a few days before that is set up or even working. With Korman Communities, I walked into my suite and went online instantly. Technology is important when traveling, thank you for recognizing that.

The resident socials were a lot of fun. I wasn't expecting programs like this, but I was very happily surprised. It was great to meet others and network within such a fun environment and at outstanding events.

I really enjoyed having the business center available. Being able to access personal email and correspond with family and friends while away was such a relief. I got to know the staff well, picking up my coffee in the morning and checked my mail. When traveling its so nice to have a familiar face to see in the morning and when you come home.
