I was more than happy to find a pristine suite upon my late night arrival. I was even more delighted to slip into the bed. How comfortable. The linens and pillows made me feel so relaxed. The hardest part is actually leaving the bed in the morning. Its perfect for people like me who wake up in different cities everyday and can never get any sleep! I get very excited when I know I get to go to any korman communities location.

I can't say enough about this property. The pool, gym, business center, breakfast in the morning and above all the friendliness of the staff, make this the best experience I have had traveling in my career!

The staff knows you by name and greets you at the door every night - sometimes with your dry cleaning in hand. AVE offers so much, but the team really makes it shine, and are always ready to make dinner reservations, recommend shows, and find whatever you need. Better than being home!

The staff is the friendliest I have ever met. I have had such a great experience at Korman Communities that I would consider coming here on leisure travel with my family.

I had completely forgotten to get directions to the office for the first day of work. I called the front desk, not only did the front desk attendant find me the directions, she printed them and brought them to my suite for me. This reflects my entire time with Korman, the staff was always so eager to help. Korman Communities is a preferred provider of American Express.

I was very happy with the quality of my stay. My suite was spotless, it would have passed my mother's white glove test. This is by far the best home-away-from-home I have ever experienced.

My travel's have led me to either wonderful, bland or unusual places, but AVE gets the top 5+ star award for being the best at everything, whether it is for apartment living or a short term lease, AVE is the best. The staff was the most professional, attentive and the friendliest that I have ever met and they were available 24/7. The bed, linens and pillows (lots of them) were of highest quality and so very comforting to slip into at the end of a long day. The suites are turnkey, clean and well designed. The gym was clean, spacious, and there were always plenty of towels and equipment for everyone. The décor and placement of the gym as it over looked the pool court yard is visually soothing and made working out a pleasure. The Cafe with Starbucks coffee was available all day every day along with plenty of daily newspapers.  I loved the underground parking, especially in the winter.  The convenience and resort style living at AVE really spoiled me. I am telling all my friends and co-workers about AVE, and I will be sure to look for a Korman Community in the area on my next travel assignment whether it is for business or leisure.

I had a very difficult Monday morning on my first day in a new position. I woke to a flat tire. I went up to the front desk and almost immediately a maintenance man helped me change the tire and followed me to a garage for a new tire. Even though I was late for my first day in a new position, I was very lucky to have that kind of assistance especially in a new area where I knew no one or how to get anywhere. Its little things like that which leave a lasting impression.

Korman Communities makes travel easy. Offering movie nights and resident socials as well as pilates and yoga classes it helps the single traveler to meet other people. It actually makes going back to the suite at night feel like you are going home.

High speed internet in my suite is very important to me. Usually I have to wait a few days before that is set up or even working. With Korman Communities, I walked into my suite and went online instantly. Technology is important when traveling, thank you for recognizing that.
